Injection Molding Shop

Our Injection Molding Shop has machines of different tonnages between 22Ton to 250 Ton. All of our machines have insert molding capability. We also have bi-metallic barrel option to handle difficult to process engineering materials like PC, PEEK etc.

Press Shop

Our Press Shop has Power Presses ranging from 1 Ton to 150 Ton to handle the different needs of the customers. We also have Hydraulic Presses ranging from 40 Ton to 125 Ton.

Product Assembly Section

Our Assembly section is well designed & maintained.
6S is followed through out the company.
Our Focus is on eliminating redundancies in processes, streamlining material handling and mistake proofing (poka yoke).
Operators are trained in multiple skill matrices for flexibility in meeting customer demand.

Metrology Room

Our Metrology department is equipped with best in class Mitutoyo CMM and VMM apart from the basic metrology instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, fixtures, thread gauges, Surface roughness tester and Hardness tester

These help us improve part quality as well as speed up product development.
